Fundraising Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Development team in preparing and executing administrative and logístical tasks for sponsorship and fundraising pitches, e.g., preparing proposal decks.
- Assist the Ticketing and Development teams to fulfil ticket allocations for individual and corporate donors.
- Research and solicit new corporations, government agencies, foundations and other bodies that could potentially provide grants or donate to Pangdemonium.
- Work closely with the Development team to assist with the annual fundraiser (including but not limited to the preparation of collaterals and maintaining of the donor database, sending out reminders to donors, liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of items).
- Assist with the fundraiser on the event day as required.
- Assist the Development team to prepare the Annual Report.
- Assist with Front-of-House duties during the Production period on an ad-hoc basis (e.g. Donor Receptions and Gala Nights).
- Obtain quotations when necessary.
- Additional duties as assigned/required.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and Photoshop.
- Ability to work regular office hours in addition to nights, weekends and occasional holidays.
- Interest in theatre and the Arts.
