Responsibilities Staff the concierge desk in the building lobby, maintaining a polished and courteous demeanor at all times. Professionally greet and assist all visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Issue and control visitor badges in line with security protocols. Offer directions, address general inquiries, and facilitate building access procedures for visitors. Attend to tenant feedback and complaints, accurately documenting and escalating issues as necessary. Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately. Collaborate with building management and security teams to ensure smooth operations. Provide daily updates or incident reports to the Operations team as required. Requirements Possess at least GCE O Levels Warm, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with tenants, visitors, and vendors. Calm under pressure, capable of handling challenging situations tactfully. Proactive and resourceful mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
