**Responsibilities**
1. To provide assistance to all shoppers/visitors’ inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
2. To execute all customer service activities to ensure quality delivery and compliance with policies and procedures
3. To record any feedback/ request/ complaint in the Feedback Form and report to Senior Concierge or the Manager for immediate necessary action.
4. To assist in any promotions or marketing events as instructed.
5. To be alert at all times and promptly report to Building Management Centre (“BMC”) for immediate necessary action if suspicious characters are spotted:
a) carrying filming or photography equipment into CLM/ ORL
b) taking photographs in CLM/ ORL.
c) illegally touting, harassing, selling unauthorized merchandise, soliciting for business within or around CLM/ ORL.
6. To ensure that campaign promotions are issued to shoppers accurately based on each campaign’s Terms & Conditions.
7. To account for and tally campaign promotion stocks and submit a daily report.
8. To contact the Tenant’s security or receptionist whenever there is an intended visitor(s) who has a pre-arranged appointment with the tenant. To record all relevant details into the visitors accompanied book. During the fire alarm activation, fire situations and other emergencies, to control/restrict personnel access into the lobby/building.
9. To ensure that G4S/appointed agency staff deployed at the lobby frontline-static duty are in proper standing posture and are screening all in-coming person(s) and their ID (s) and are directing visitors or vendors to the lobbies desks.
10. To provide taxi bookings upon request.
11. To ensure good housekeeping of the concierge counter, lift lobby, lounge areas and staff’s locker room and see that they are kept in pristine clean condition at all times.
12. To ensure that nobody enters the CLM/ lobby with a lighted cigarette.
13. To monitor the elevator and CCTV consoles and report any defects/breaches discovered to BMC and provide any necessary assistance when required.
14. To ensure that no unauthorized/unattended vehicle is parked unattended or haphazardly at the driveway. To inform BMC if there are violations. To ensure no trolley deliveries or bulky items are brought in through the lobby areas. To provide assistance to any physically disabled or wheelchair bound person (s) conscientiously without request.
15. To report to ISS cleaners for immediate action if there is littering or spills at or around the building.
16. To ensure that the respective elevators are clean and its lights, fans, intercom, call, floor, indication buttons are functioning well.
17. To contact BMC whenever it rains, to get ISS to lay out floor-mat and put up umbrella sleeve-dispenser stands outside the lobbies entrances.
18. To forbid entry of unauthorized person(s) into the counter at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE O level
- Prior customer service and/or concierge experience preferred
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, approachable and solution focused
- Must be able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
