Overview

The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) aims to provide excellent healthcare focused on patient-centred care. EGH will offer comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services across emergency, acute, and secondary care. Role Description

This position offers a unique opportunity to support the strategic planning and development of Allied Health services at EGH. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Allied Health leadership, including planning, budgeting, organizing, and coordinating administrative and operational activities.

In collaboration with Allied Health Leads, managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders, you will ensure smooth operations of Allied Health administration, contributing to healthcare excellence and effective team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in secretarial support
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of project management, process planning, and budgeting is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Team player capable of working independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions
