As we continue to grow and expand our business, we are looking for a talented individual to join us as an Assistant Manager – Control Tower Execution & Report – Asia Region. Based in our regional office in Singapore, the incumbent will support the SCM Asia Control Tower team in managing supply operations, inventory oversight, and KPI reporting. This role focuses on executing operational tasks, monitoring supply constraints, supporting escalation processes, and maintaining inventory accuracy across the region. The incumbent will collaborate with cross‐functional teams (Planning, Logistics, QA/RA) to ensure timely product delivery, assist in preparing monthly reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. While not leading regional initiatives independently, the role will actively support their execution and provide analytical insights to drive operational excellence. Job Description What you will do Supply Constraint Management: Actively monitor supply risks, elevate critical constraints to the Regional Manager, and drive root‐cause analysis to ensure timely mitigation and minimal disruption. Inventory & Service Level Control: Monitor and manage inventory to meet agreed‐upon service targets and coverage goals, and support the accurate documentation of inventory transactions. KPI Management & Reporting: Own the maintenance and update of SCM KPI dashboards (e.g., in PowerBI/Excel), providing accurate data extraction, validation, and monthly reporting. Logistics & Shipment Tracking: Track all inbound shipments and initiate necessary actions to expedite supply when required to prevent stock‐outs. Process Improvement & Standardization: Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation, and actively support regional projects to standardize SCM procedures and KPIs across Asia. Reporting & Tool Development: Assist in preparing regular out‐of‐stock reports and root‐cause summaries, and support the development of new trackers and reporting tools with associated documentation. Qualifications What you will bring to the role Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Minimum of 6‐8 years of professional experience in supply chain operations or planning, with a strong preference for candidates from the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector. Comprehensive knowledge of inventory planning methodologies, supply balancing techniques, and proficiency in SCM systems (SAP, Kinaxis). Demonstrated capability in independently managing complex supply chain issues and orchestrating cross‐functional resolution strategies. In‐depth understanding of supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance management principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of PowerBI is highly advantageous. Exceptional analytical capabilities, extensive business acumen, superior stakeholder management skills, and adept problem‐solving abilities are essential. Exemplary communication skills and a proven track record of effective cross‐functional collaboration. Meticulous attention to detail, proactive mindset, and the capacity to efficiently manage multiple high‐priority tasks simultaneously are crucial for success in this role.
