Base pay range

$250,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and highly driven Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be based in Singapore. As a key strategic member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for the company's overall global financial strategy and operations. Reporting directly to the Global CEO and the Board of Directors, you will lead the company's capital strategy, financial planning, fundraising initiatives, and ultimately spearhead our initial public offering (IPO) process in overseas markets. You will be a critical driver of the company's financial growth and global strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Financial Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute the company's global financial strategy to support aggressive business growth and expansion objectives, ensuring financial planning is fully aligned with corporate strategy.

•Capital Raising & IR: Lead and manage the company's global fundraising activities (including but not limited to private equity, debt financing, and strategic investments). Build and maintain a strong network with global investors, investment banks, and financial institutions. Play a central leadership role in the future overseas IPO process.

•Financial Operations & Management: Establish and robust global financial management systems, internal controls, and risk management frameworks. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all global financial reporting (including IFRS and various local GAAPs).

•Strategic Decision Support: Provide in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and evaluation for key strategic decisions such as international market entry, M&A, and joint ventures, ensuring sound decision-making and ROI.

• Team & Culture Building: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing, international finance team across the global headquarters and future regional centers. Foster a culture of financial excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

•Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field from a top-tier university. An international professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is mandatory.

•Language Skills: Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory. Must be able to conduct complex financial negotiations and presentations in both languages.

Work Experience:

o12+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 8 years in a senior financial leadership role (e.g., CFO, VP of Finance, Senior Finance Director) within a large multinational corporation (Fortune Global 500 or renowned public company).

oMust have a proven track record of leading large-scale transnational financing projects (equity or debt). Candidates with hands-on experience leading a full overseas IPO process will be given highest priority.

oExperience in the environmental protection, energy, chemical, heavy industry, or agriculture-related sectors is highly preferred.

oDemonstrated experience managing complex international financial structures, tax planning, and foreign exchange risk management.
