1. Sales & Business Development Source and secure new customers (contractors, fabricators, architects, developers). Maintain and grow existing accounts. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms. Follow up on leads, tenders, and project opportunities. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. 2. Product & Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of aluminium profiles in the Singapore Industry Advise customers on product specifications, usage, installation. Work with production or suppliers on custom profiles, fabrication or OEM orders. 3. Project Coordination Track project timelines and material delivery schedules. Liaise with warehouse/logistics for stock availability and delivery. Coordinate between client, internal teams, and suppliers. Ensure correct products delivered according to project specs. 4. Pricing & Costing Prepare cost sheets and quotations. Analyse competitor pricing and market trends. Optimize profit margins. Suggest product bundling or upselling opportunities. 5. Customer Service & Relationship Management Handle inquiries and complaints professionally. Conduct site visits or client meetings. Build long-term loyalty with key accounts. Provide after-sales support. 6. Market & Product Development Monitor market trends and competitors. Identify potential new products or improvements. Support marketing efforts (catalogue, brochures, exhibitions). Provide feedback to management for product strategy.
