1. Sales & Business Development
  • Source and secure new customers (contractors, fabricators, architects, developers).
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Follow up on leads, tenders, and project opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2. Product & Technical Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of aluminium profiles in the Singapore Industry
  • Advise customers on product specifications, usage, installation.
  • Work with production or suppliers on custom profiles, fabrication or OEM orders.
3. Project Coordination
  • Track project timelines and material delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with warehouse/logistics for stock availability and delivery.
  • Coordinate between client, internal teams, and suppliers.
  • Ensure correct products delivered according to project specs.
4. Pricing & Costing
  • Prepare cost sheets and quotations.
  • Analyse competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Optimize profit margins.
  • Suggest product bundling or upselling opportunities.
5. Customer Service & Relationship Management
  • Handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Conduct site visits or client meetings.
  • Build long-term loyalty with key accounts.
  • Provide after-sales support.
6. Market & Product Development
  • Monitor market trends and competitors.
  • Identify potential new products or improvements.
  • Support marketing efforts (catalogue, brochures, exhibitions).
  • Provide feedback to management for product strategy.
