Job Description

  • Responsible for incoming customer enquiries and sales operation process from addressing customer requirements, generating quotation, order acknowledgement, expediting, follow up on delivery and invoicing.
  • Communicate with factory/supplier and technical manager on all order related matters (source to delivery, returns, complaint/feedback) when the requirement arises.
  • Support Sales team with administrative support and assist in the coordination with other departments. Eg. Reports, checks and analysis.
  • Manage customer records, preparation of reports, certificates, address customer feedback in support of Sales Team.
  • This role has progression opportunities to areas of indoor sales, technical specialist or project engineer.

Requirements

  • Polytechnic diploma preferrable in engineering/Technical discipline.
  • Fresh grads are welcomed. Previous experience with customer service, sales support or sales operations will be advantageous.
  • Basic to intermediate use of MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Word is a requirement.
  • IT social media knowledge will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in written English and normal conversational communication in English and Chinese.
  • Customer oriented with the ability to prioritise different urgencies.

Others:

  • Basic use of Autocad or other drawing software an advantage but is not necessary.
  • Training will be provided with proper guidance and timeline for picking up.
