IT Support Officer ( Familiar with M365 )Independently research, design, develop, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions for the company Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance Monitor system health and regularly review, analyze, and test systems for performance Perform annual hardware refresh for endpoint devices and network equipment. Provide regular update, backups, and restores as needed Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize functionality and user experience Provide onboarding and offboarding for new hire/leaver Documenting system configuration, process and IT user guide Provide top-tier support, coordinating with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues onsite and offsite (onboard the vessels)Need to travel to other countries to provide IT support for the vessel only if vendor unable to resolve the issue Role as an IT procurement officer and work closely with vendor. So excellence vendor management is required Monitor and manage the billings and subscriptions for SAAS and M365Manage IT hardware and software inventory #J-18808-Ljbffr
