Position:
We’re looking to add a Program Executive in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio. As a Program Executive, you will:
Act as the primary liaison and focal point of communication between the customer and all functional groups in the company to ensure that customer needs are met.
Be responsible for the key project deliverables, namely cost, quality, and time to market.
Communicate customer needs effectively to all functional groups.
Provide customer service support and grow sales with key accounts to meet set goals.
Review new inquiries and provide quotations.
Provide leadership to functional groups in meeting project goals.
Ensure that key project deliverables, namely, cost, technical support, quality, and delivery goals are met, including NPI programs.
Keep abreast of customers' technology and business roadmaps.
Provide management with regular progress reports on key account performance.
Lead and manage a team of program engineers.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, and/or equivalent degree.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electronics related contract manufacturing environment.
Knowledge in printed circuit assembly and final assembly manufacturing processes (SMT & Boxbuild).
Familiar with Bill of Materials (BOM) structure and project planning.
Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication abilities.
Resourceful, responsive, reliable and able to interact with people at all levels confidently.
