Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Programs Executive to join our team.
If you deliver exceptional customer experience, value relationships, like to get things done and identify new business growth, this may be the right role for you.
We are looking for someone to join our team to grow our company with abilities to take initiative and prioritize tasks; To be proactive and agile in this multi-faceted role to "walk the talk".

Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProgram Administration- Execute the daily operations of all programs.
- Coordinate, plan and execute programs and events and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and maintain program documentation and reports.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and outcomes.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential & key clients; and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Plan & execute community events and outreach initiatives to drive engagement.
- Facilitate community feedback and integrate it into program improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of community engagement activities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote programs, services and community.
- Utilize social media and other digital platforms to enhance visibility.
- Create compelling content that aligns with our brand and mission.
- Manage social media accounts and community platforms
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

- Excellent team player along with the ability to work effectively independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively on services offered
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to liaise with and influence a range of diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Prior experience in effectively using and updating CRM/ Sales management tool is desirable. (i.e. ZOHO, Convertkit)
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in programs such Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Microsoft 365, multimedia related applications and use of AI.
- Strong presentation skills, comfortable with video meetings and video hosting (i.e. Zoom, MS Teams), upbeat, professional, and energetic phone skills
- Ability to work on weekends (on training days) e.g. Saturday
- Regular assessment of program outcomes against set goals.
- Feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement and accountability.
- Performance reviews to identify areas for professional development and growth.
- Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7-10 years relevant experience and great attitude.
- Experience with AI, program management, digital marketing and social media strategies.
