We are looking for:
Program Engagement Manager – Executive Education (full-time employment)
Your mission
In this role, you will be responsible for our executive education programs' strategic development and implementation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and industry partners to identify market needs, design innovative programs, and ensure their successful launch and growth.
Your responsibilities will include
Program Strategy and Planning
Collaborate with internal teams, faculty members, and industry partners to design and illustrate new program offerings and modify existing ones to meet market demands
Create program roadmaps and timelines to guide program development.
Curriculum Design and Content Development
Work closely with subject matter experts and faculty members to design and develop high-quality program curricula, learning objectives, and assessments.
Ensure that program content aligns with industry best practices, incorporates the latest research, and addresses the specific needs of executive learners.
Integrate innovative teaching methods, technology tools, and experiential learning activities to enhance the learning experience and meet diverse learning styles.
Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia specialists to create engaging and interactive program materials.
Program Launch and Implementation
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop program branding, promotional materials, and marketing strategies to drive program enrollment and visibility.
Manage the engagement with an organization and/or participants as regards to program structure, content and experience
Partnership Development
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations, industry associations, and thought leaders to enhance program offerings and expand market reach.
Collaborate with external partners to co-create custom programs
Manage relationships with industry partners, faculty members, and guest speakers, fostering long-term collaborations and ensuring program relevance and quality.
Program Evaluation and Improvement
In collaboration with the program coordination team, establish evaluation mechanisms to assess program effectiveness, participant satisfaction, and learning outcomes.
Collect and analyze program data, participant feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Generate insights and recommendations to enhance program design, delivery, and participant experience.
Continuously monitor program performance, conduct benchmarking, and stay informed about executive education best practices.
Prerequisites and personality
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent .
- You have at least three to five years of professional experience preferably in the hospitality/event industry or in the field of education
- You have project management skills and ability to operate autonomously
- You have strong organisation skills and very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- You are a self-starter with a service and customer-oriented mindset.
- You demonstrate ability to work with multicultural teams and in an international environment
- You have excellent communication and inter-personal skills in a business environment.
