Role Overview

We're hiring a People Operations Coordinator to help drive smooth, consistent, and people-centric HR operations. This role is suited for someone with 3+ years of experience in People Ops or HR administration, who's confident managing the building blocks of HR processes but is still early in their journey toward owning systems and strategy.

As a key support member of our People team, you'll focus on execution, accuracy, and continuous improvement, supporting efforts across onboarding, documentation, benefits, and HR systems — with increasing opportunities to contribute to data analysis and projects.

What You\'ll Do

Administrative Support & Employee Records Management

  • Provide daily administrative support for employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, changes, and movements).
  • Ensure timely data entry and updates across employee records and HR systems.
  • Maintain version control of HR documents and templates.
  • Audit data to identify inconsistencies and required updates.
  • Respond to routine employee queries and redirect complex issues.
  • Compile and maintain accurate, confidential employee files in line with data privacy regulations.
  • Collect, file, and archive employee documents (IDs, contracts, compliance forms, performance evaluations) per policy and legal requirements.
  • Maintain internal trackers (headcount, probation status, etc.).
  • Assist with compiling data for monthly HR reports and dashboards.
  • Identify missing information and support data clean-up.

Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination

  • Support with onboarding logistics (
