**About the role**
You will play a meaningful role in supporting the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding and everything in between. You will manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and coordinate our Singapore benefit and leave programs. This is a superb chance to create an impact on the employee experience. This role reports to the Manager, People Operations.
**In this role you can expect to...**
- Be the first point of contact in region for HR questions providing an outstanding employee experience
- Be responsible for the pre-boarding and onboarding process for employees in APJ (Asia-Pacific and Japan** **with a focus on the India region) ensuring all required new hire documentation has been completed (inc. employee handbooks, benefit enrollments, etc.).
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for onboarding platforms, ensuring all issues are resolved for seamless accuracy of new hire set up
- Key liaison between internal Payroll team and new hires to ensure new employees are accurately processed in a timely manner
- Support the APJ Benefits team with enrollments, terminations and queries
- Process and coordinate leave of absences for employees within the APJ region
- Manage the employee offboarding process for employees in the APJ region including coordinating with internal teams (Benefits, Payroll, Equity, etc.) to efficiently offboard employees
- Help maintain the team ticketing system by assigning tickets and responding to all requests (employment verifications, employee queries, etc.) to agreed SLAs
- Maintain data integrity in Workday and other People systems including processing employee changes and conducting regular audits as the need arises

- 1+ years of professional experience in a similar operations/benefits role
- Experience working within the India region
- Solid attention to detail with a process orientation focus; you have the ability to follow process flows/documentation and call out discrepancies
- The ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
- A learning mindset; you have an ongoing interest and passion for learning
- Experience with access to sensitive information and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with Workday is a plus
- Prior experience working with multiple countries in APJ with reference to India is a plus
- Knowledge of languages spoken in APJ is a plus
