Mission (About the Role)You will join the Strategy & Commercial Ops team where we transform and develop our organization to meet our customer needs and growth ambition.
You will be exposed to transversal business topics across all businesses in the country, responsible for analyzing business performance and driving simplification actions through automation & digital tools.
What will you do?Manage digital tools and analyze business performance data. Facilitate the preparation of country/regional business review.
Assist in managing Commercial Policy, Sales Incentive process, and annual sales & marketing planning activities.
Drive 1-2 simplification projects through automation/process improvement.
What qualifications will make you successful?Education: Bachelor's in Data Analytics/Mathematics/Computer Engineering/IT related or similar.
Skills/Systems Knowledge: Data Analytics/Strong digital skills/Business Acumen.
