Role Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated leader who can take ownership of daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires someone with a hands-on approach, able to drive results and provide cadence to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the company as CEO/General Manager/Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
  2. Manage day-to-day operations and make key decisions
  3. Optimize business workflows to ensure operational efficiency
  4. Work closely with the founder team for coaching and support
  5. Owning the P&L over time and having a significant profit share in the business
Requirements
  • Previous experience in running teams and/or organizations
  • Risk appetite and capacity to take calculated risks
  • Coachability and open to learning and growth
  • Effective communication skills to have tough conversations with people and stakeholders
  • Rational and objective decision-making skills
  • Startup skills in a key discipline (sales, operations, tech, product, marketing, etc.)
