Key Retail Store Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled retail store leader to join our team. As a key player in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving and maintaining sales performance targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Overseeing the management of stock inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Motivating and building teamwork among colleagues and fostering good communication and working relationships.
  • Leading the team to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and resolving any conflicts or complaints effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in MS office software and POS systems.
  • Service-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strive to achieve sales targets without compromising on service excellence.
  • Honest and disciplined with a friendly disposition.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales leadership experience preferred.
