Key Responsibilities Marketing Support Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional assets. Support brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints. Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights for improvement. Social Media Management Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant. Engage with online communities, respond to messages/comments, and build audience relationships. Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports. Event Coordination Plan, organize, and execute both in‐person and virtual events from start to finish. Work with vendors, partners, and venues to ensure seamless event delivery. Coordinate event promotion across social media, email, and other marketing channels. Manage event logistics, setup, and post‐event follow‐up. General Duties Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Support the marketing department with any ad‐hoc tasks as needed. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, or event coordination. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices. Excellent communication and writing skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Nice‐to‐Have Skills Basic knowledge of SEO and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights). Experience with social media scheduling or CRM tools.
