Opportunity: Tagit is looking for a passionate, motivated, and self-driven individual with deep expertise in resource planning, capacity forecasting, and project portfolio execution. This role is critical to ensure that we optimally allocate technical and non-technical resources across our project pipeline, balancing demand, utilization and capacity risk.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a centralized resource capacity plan for project portfolios, forecast demand, and identify gaps.Monitor resource utilization across projects and provide regular insights to PMO leadership.Resolve resource conflicts by working with Project Managers, Functional Leads, and HR.Manage a resource repository / database capturing resource skills, availability, and utilization.Collaborate with HR / Talent Management for hiring, bench ramp-up, or redeployment of resources.Implement and enforce resource management governance, policies, and process standards.Generate and present resource dashboards, reports, and forecasts to stakeholders.Work with PMs on effort estimation, capacity planning, and resource allocation decisions.Identify, mitigate, and escalate resource-related risks such as skill gaps or capacity constraints.Drive continuous improvement in resource planning tools, methods, and maturity.Mentor / manage a small team (PMO analysts / coordinators) who support resource planning and tracking.Desired Experience / Skills 7-12 years of relevant experience in PMO, resource management, or capacity planning. Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with experience in resource-demand modelling. Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools (e.g., MS Project, Clarity, PowerBI, etc.). Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to navigate a matrix organization (with project managers, functional heads, HR). Strong problem-solving mindset ability to escalate and resolve capacity issues proactively. Experience in process improvement, governance, and defining SOPs for resource management. Prior experience in software / technical project environments is a plus. Certification such as PMP / PRINCE2 is a plus but not mandatory. Good leadership skills: able to mentor, guide, and manage a small team.
