Job Title: Part Time Human Resources Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a part-time Human Resources Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of employee records, preparing employment contracts, and conducting performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and review employment contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop strategies to improve employee performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Familiarity with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
