We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oral Health Care Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our dental clinic, you will provide essential support to our dentists during surgeries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

You will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to messages, and booking appointments. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of financial transactions, inventory, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Dentist in Surgery: Provide support to the dentist during surgeries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Reception Desk: Manage front-desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to messages, and booking appointments.
  • Book Keeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, inventory, and other administrative tasks.
  • Housekeeping: Ensure the clinic is clean and organized, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Sterilization of Instruments: Follow proper protocols to sterilize dental instruments, preventing cross-contamination and promoting patient safety.
  • Fabrication of Dental Appliances: Assist in creating custom dental appliances, such as dentures and retainers.
  • Stock-taking: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Photo-taking: Capture high-quality photos of patients' teeth and smiles for documentation purposes.
  • Handling Queries & Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work nights and weekends as required.
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time, depending on the clinic's needs.
