Job Title: Oral Health ProfessionalKey Responsibilities:
  • To support the dental team in carrying out basic dental treatments, including oral health maintenance, scaling and polishing, fluoride and root planning.
  • To conduct initial oral assessments and review patients' medical histories.
  • To educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care advice.
  • Maintain a clean and sterile work environment in compliance with infection control policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Oral Health Therapy or equivalent qualification recognized by the relevant authority.
  • At least 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Proficient in clinical skills.
  • CPR certification.
  • Maintain high infection control standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Good team player who is able to work independently and willing to accept constructive feedback.
  • Experience in management of feedback and service recovery.
