Job Responsibilities After Sales Supports as follows: Implementation services with key users to close up expectation gaps Training to end users on usage of system Besides: You will work directly with sales team in pre-sales situations with the following specific responsibilities: Provide pre-sales support for all sales activities including prospects requirement analysis, product demonstrations and other general sales support Propose Solution to meet prospects' needs and objectives of buying an ERP system Provide consultation and sharing of product information to the sales team Prepare Proof of Concepts when required to demonstrate product capability Only open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents Kindly note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Requirements Graduates with degree from Computer Science or System Information, Accounting, or Business Studies Strong interest in ERP solutions, e.g. Project Costing, Supply Chain Management, Finance or Payroll Responsible for answering queries in English, Mandarin language on system maintenance and application solutions for Chinese's market Keen interest in Project Implementation and Management Having experience in training or system implementation is preferable Good inter-personal communication skill Proactive, highly self-motivated, result oriented and can work independently Must be very Customer-Oriented Ability to prioritize and handle multitasks Basic salary: SGD 3,000 - 5,000Great learning and career growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Synergix Technologies Pte Ltd by 2x Get notified about new Enterprise Resources Planning Functional Consultant jobs in Jurong East, West Region, Singapore. #J-18808-Ljbffr
