About The Role As Regional Sales Manager, you will partner with Microsoft's sales teams to uncover AVD opportunities where Nerdio can help companies deploy, manage, optimize, and secure an AVD environment. Alignment with Microsoft is essential. Our ideal RSM is highly skilled with a partnership selling approach, a strong understanding of VDI and EUC technologies, and is a relationship builder. You must be highly motivated, take an entrepreneurial approach, and be a team player. What You'll Do Partnership Development: Collaborate with Microsoft's sales teams and customers to identify AVD opportunities. Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth. Sales Management: Manage a portfolio of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management. Drive the sales process and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, conduct market research, and provide feedback to the product and marketing teams. Qualifications Proven track record of sales success in South East Asia, preferably in the technology industry, with experience in VDI or SaaS sales. Strong understanding of VDI and EUC technologies, including AVD and Windows365. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Required Experience A minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry. Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets. Previous experience working within an enterprise global sales team. Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software. Professional fluency in English. Preferred Experience Experience in selling cloud computing, IT services, or software-as-a-service solutions. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies. Previous experience in managing remote or distributed sales teams. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Experience in building and maintaining partnerships. Strong leadership skills.
