As a Clinical Specialist Consultant fluent in Hindi, you will be responsible for reviewing scales administered by raters in clinical trials to ensure standardized assessments and data reliability. Your role will involve evaluating assessment quality, interacting with raters to discuss methodology and scoring techniques, and providing guidance as needed. Additionally, you may be involved in conducting functional assessments of rater performance and assisting in communication preparation and dissemination.To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of a master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent. A background in MD, DO, or PhD is preferred. You should have at least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and structured clinical interviews, with specific expertise in EQ-5D-5L and mRS assessments. Clinical experience with psychiatric populations and administering scales in research trials is also required, with a preference for experience in CNS trials.Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with personnel and clientele at all levels in a professional manner. Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills are also necessary. Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and fluency in both English and Hindi are required for the current openings.As part of your responsibilities, you will participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities, evaluate case data, interact with raters, and ensure timely submission of documentation.
