Psychological Assessment Consultant

This role involves reviewing scales administered by raters in clinical trials to ensure standardized assessments and reliable data.

Evaluating assessment quality, interacting with raters to discuss methodology and scoring techniques, and providing guidance as needed are key responsibilities.

Clinical experience with psychiatric populations and administering scales in research trials is required, with a preference for experience in CNS trials.

A background in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent is necessary, along with at least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and structured clinical interviews.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with personnel and clientele at all levels in a professional manner.

Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and fluency in both English and Hindi are required.

As part of your responsibilities, you will participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities, evaluate case data, interact with raters, and ensure timely submission of documentation.

This position will contribute to accelerating the development and commercialization of medical treatments to enhance patient outcomes and population health worldwide.
