Clinical Trial Psychologist Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical research services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our studies.

Responsibilities include reviewing scales administered by raters, evaluating assessment quality, and interacting with raters to discuss methodology and scoring techniques. You will also provide guidance as needed and assist in communication preparation and dissemination.

To succeed in this position, you must have a minimum of a master's degree in Psychology or a related field. A background in MD, DO, or PhD is preferred, along with at least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and structured clinical interviews.

Specific expertise in EQ-5D-5L and mRS assessments is essential, as well as clinical experience with psychiatric populations and administering scales in research trials. Strong interpersonal skills are required for effective interaction with personnel and clientele at all levels.

Able candidates will possess excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and fluency in both English and Hindi are required.

As part of your responsibilities, you will participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities, evaluate case data, interact with raters, and ensure timely submission of documentation.
