Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team on commercial operational matters. This includes evaluating and negotiating cost/scope for procurement, administering contracts, and resolving contractual issues.

The role also involves evaluating and certifying Main Contract/Sub Contract progress and variation claims, payments, and settlement of final accounts.

In addition, the successful candidate will oversee project cash flow, budgeting, and cost control, while liaising with the project team, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Manage and lead a team on commercial operational matters

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a recognized degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any other related discipline.

The ideal candidate should have proficient knowledge of industry contractual practices and standard forms of contracts such as REDAS, SIA & PSSCOC.

A minimum of 5 years of working experience with a Main Contractor and experience in residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects is preferred.

Candidates with managerial experience will be considered for senior positions.

The successful candidate should possess good written, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership qualities.

Articulate and digital mindset is an added advantage.
