Please submit your application via: Team member of the Factory Integration Operation Excellence team to work closely with solution providers and IT Service Desk on Incident and Problem Management to fullfill stakeholders expectation (business needs) and Service Level Agreement. Your Role Responsible for standby operational support for application system running in the production lines across multiple locations and fulfilment of System Operations Stability Key Performance Indicators Perform testing, user training and deployment of factory integration application solutions in a systematic way. Assist senior engineer to perform user requirements engineering for Advance Manufacturing - Auto Load and Unload, Lights Out Factory Assist in analytics and dashboarding projects in operation center Participate and contribute in AI projects for tickets/issues troubleshooting for continuous improvement and operation stability Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Degree in Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical / Computer Engineering or similar Learn and apply ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework in incident, problem, change and release management Learn collaboration and teamwork with business users across multiple factories Gain manufacturing process domain knowledge and learn the IT System and Application landscape backend factories Learn software tools such as Octane for testing and GenAI Chat GPT for issues troublshooting Learn to create or enhance operation performance KPI Dashboard using Tableau #J-18808-Ljbffr
