The Graduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service ( ) aims to provide fresh graduates with industry‐relevant skills and experience that strengthen their employability for full‐time roles in the sector. We are seeking a motivated HR trainee to join our Human Resources department and gain hands‐on experience across key HR functions, including recruitment, data analytics and event management within a dynamic organisational environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support – Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates, posting job advertisements, conducting initial resume screening, maintaining candidate databases, conducting reference checks and background verification, and learning about the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) used in Public Service. HR Analytics and Data Management – Use advanced Excel functions to support data‐driven HR decision making, maintain HR dashboards, and generate reports on employee demographics, requiring proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation and basic statistical analysis. HR Events Coordination – Plan and execute HR events such as promotion ceremonies, employee engagement sessions and management engagement sessions; responsibilities include venue coordination, vendor management and attendee registration. Required Qualifications A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of advanced functions and data analysis techniques. Strong organisational and time‐management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience in event planning is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
