Handle banker’s guarantee transactions, import and export bills.
Support courier-related matters, such as preparing and documenting courier receipts, sorting mails, liaising with DHL consignments before dispatch, handling enquiries relating to DHL details and transaction status, and attending to counter services for receiving and delivering documents.
Provide advice to customers for trade-related enquiries.
Perform verification of invoice financing applications with customers.
Maintain proper filing and emailing etiquette.
Act as a liaison with outsourcing parties for trade matters.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder in Business or Banking Finance.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance Operations in a bank setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
