Barclays operates across major asset classes, offering sophisticated solutions to clients. Our Sales & Trading team works in a fast-paced environment, analyzing market trends to assist clients. As an analyst, you'll develop understanding of global markets and enhance your communication, quantitative, and analytical skills. Post-training, you may work as a salesperson or trader in areas such as: Client Capital Management, Commodities, Credit, eFICC Trading, Equities, Foreign Exchange, Rates, and Structuring.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Sales analyst, you will:
- Support colleagues and develop client solutions
- Monitor markets and generate trade ideas
- Analyze fundamental and technical data
- Participate in client meetings and calls
As a Trading analyst, you will:
- Monitor markets and generate trade ideas
- Participate in pricing products
- Assist with trade reporting and P&L analysis
- Help manage trading risk

Candidate Requirements
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated completion between December 2025 and June 2026. A minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred. Interest in finance, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn are essential. The position starts in February or July
