After initial training, you will start your career as a salesperson or trader in one of our business areas, including: Client Capital Management, Client Strategy, Commodities, Credit, eFICC Trading, Equities, Equity Financing, Foreign Exchange, Municipals, Rates, Structuring.

As a Sales analyst, you may:

• Analyze and develop solutions to clients' needs
• Monitor markets and formulate trade ideas
• Perform analyses on fundamental and technical data
• Attend client meetings or calls with traders, sales, and research colleagues

As a Trading analyst, you may:

• Monitor markets and generate trade ideas
• Participate in pricing products
• Assist with daily tasks such as trade reporting or P&L analysis
• Help manage risk of trading books

Who we're looking for

Applicants should be pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated completion between December 2025 and June 2026. A minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred, along with an interest in business and finance, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
