Why the Sales, Trading and Structuring Graduate Programme?

Our Sales & Trading team works in a fast-paced environment, processing information and anticipating market trends to help clients make their next move. As an analyst, you will develop an understanding of global markets and build communication, quantitative and analytical skills. After initial training, you will start your career as a salesperson or a trader on a desk in one of our business areas, including: Client Capital Management, Client Strategy, Commodities, Credit, eFICC Trading, Equities, Equity Financing, Foreign Exchange, Municipals, Rates, Structuring.

Who We're Looking For

To be considered for this programme, you must be pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated completion between December 2025 - June 2026. Ideally, you will have a minimum GPA of 3.2 and an interest in business and finance, a good work ethic, and a keenness to learn and develop a technical skill set. Purpose of the role

To participate in the day-to-day activities of the markets division, providing insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

Accountabilities

• Execution of small research projects and preparation of presentations and reports to communicate findings; collaboration with senior management to implement research for the global markets division.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
• Participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Identification of opportunities, development of business cases, and management of deployment and launch of new products and services.
• Management of client relationships, providing customer service support, answering questions about products and services, and processing transactions.
• Development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support decision making in the global markets division.
