You will be expected to engage with customers, understand their preferences, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Your expertise in Diamond and Polki jewellery designs, craftsmanship, and unique features will play a crucial role in building customer confidence and loyalty.Staying updated on the latest Polki jewellery trends, pricing, and MBJ Sons" product catalog will be essential to effectively showcase the value and distinctiveness of the jewellery pieces to customers. Meeting individual and team sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction will be a key performance indicator. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory records, maintaining jewellery items, and assisting in inventory management processes.Building lasting relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns professionally, and soliciting feedback on their preferences and market trends will be integral to your role. Your ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with high-end clientele, and showcase a passion for sales will be critical in driving revenue growth and supporting marketing initiatives for Polki jewellery.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in jewellery sales, specifically focusing on Diamond and Polki jewellery. Proficiency in Polki jewellery designs, manufacturing techniques, and market values is required. Strong communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, and proficiency in Hindi and English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus) are essential qualities for success in this role. Basic computer skills are also preferred.This is a full-time position located in person, offering benefits such as paid sick time and Provident Fund.
