As a Diamond Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while showcasing our exquisite diamond collection. Your expertise and product knowledge will enable you to educate clients about the diamond retail industry, guiding them through the process of choosing their ideal ring designs.

About the Role:
  • Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations to clients, ensuring a holistic and high-quality experience throughout the first 3 months of employment.
  • Maintain ongoing awareness of product developments, staying up-to-date with new offerings and features.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth client interactions, including greeting and ushering, helping with collections, and addressing enquiries. Additionally, they will work collaboratively to ensure timely delivery of diamonds, manage customized designs, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve business performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in High-End Retail.
  • An ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
