Job Title: Full-Time Trainer - Construction / Shipyard / Oil & Petrochemical / Manufacturing / Logistics IndustriesEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full-Time Trainer with extensive experience in the Construction, Shipyard, Oil & Petrochemical, Manufacturing, or Logistics industries. The ideal candidate will deliver and manage comprehensive training programs across these sectors with a strong emphasis on workplace safety and health standards.Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions and competency demonstrations for Construction, Shipyard, Oil & Petrochemical, Manufacturing, and Logistics courses Ensure all training complies with industry regulations and safety standards Develop and update training materials, course content, and assessments Mentor and coach trainees to achieve competency in their respective fields Adhere strictly to the Code of Ethics for Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Trainers Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needs and customize courses accordingly Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certification Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous learning among trainees Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in competency demonstration within the specified industries Full ACTA certification required Possession of Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or Specialist Diploma for WSH In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in handling Construction, Shipyard, Oil & Petrochemical, Manufacturing, and Logistics courses Strong understanding of the WSH Code of Ethics and commitment to ethical training practices Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to engage learners effectively and facilitate practical competency demonstrations Immediate availability to start Preferred Skills: Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse learning styles Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Proactive in updating skills and knowledge on industry trends and safety regulations Why Join Us: Join a leading organization committed to workplace safety and excellence in training delivery.
