Job Title: Full-Time Math Trainer (Primary & Lower Secondary)

Location: Jurong West

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

Wednesday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Saturday to Sunday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Minimum Commitment: 1 Year

Our unique S.A.M methodology, aligned with the MOE Primary and Secondary Math Syllabus, emphasizes conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and logical reasoning, moves beyond rote memorization.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and engaging Math Trainer to join our dynamic team at Jurong West.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective Math lessons to Primary and Lower Secondary students based on the MOE syllabus.
  • Plan and execute well-structured lessons following the S.A.M methodology.
  • Develop and curate quality learning materials and notes to reinforce key concepts and support differentiated learning.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Create a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
  • Communicate with parents regarding student development and learning progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching standards across the center.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in Math (Primary or Lower Secondary).
  • Strong understanding of the MOE Math Syllabus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about education and committed to nurturing student growth.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and open to adopting the S.A.M teaching methodology.
  • Able to commit to a minimum 1-year contract.
