As the Master Franchisee of CMA International, we've grown to 16outlets islandwide, supported by a strong management team, MOE-registered teaching standards, and passionate educators committed to developing every child's total brain potential. We're now inviting experienced trainers to take the next step — leading, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of educators and learners. Your Role As a Senior Mental Arithmetic Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining high teaching standards, mentoring junior trainers, and contributing to curriculum enhancement. You'll not only teach — you'll inspire, guide, and elevate the entire learning experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging and structured abacus-mental arithmetic lessons (physical & online) for children aged 3–12Lead by example in lesson quality, classroom management, and parent communication Mentor and support junior trainers during their onboarding and certification period Provide constructive feedback to enhance teaching methodology and curriculum content Participate in internal trainer workshops and assist in conducting training sessions Support centre events, competitions, and outreach initiatives as needed What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree holder (or equivalent qualification)Minimum 2 years of abacus mental arithmetic teaching experience (or equivalent)Proven ability to engage and inspire young learners Strong communication and interpersonal skills with parents and team members Positive leadership qualities with a growth mindset Organized, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving Able to work on weekends Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What You'll Enjoy Leadership opportunities & structured career progression Supportive team environment with ongoing professional development Minimal admin workload – no after-class marking Access to complete teaching resources and multimedia tools Attractive remuneration with performance-based bonuses Meaningful, purpose-driven work that impacts children's lifelong learning Remuneration Package Category Full-Time Starng Salary $3,000 – $4,000/month (based on experience)Performance Bonus Quarterly incenves for class quality & student retenon Annual Bonus Performance-based bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
