We are looking for a seasoned Process Transformation Operations Lead to join our regional financial institution. This is a high-impact role ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and possess a strong background in operations, digital transformation, and process improvement. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while driving strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focus on continuous improvement and innovation efforts within the operations domain.

  • Analyse current workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Redesign and implement optimized processes that drive productivity and reduce operational risk.

  • Lead or support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing securities platforms, operational infrastructure, and product offerings.

  • Support the operations manager in building a high-performing, agile, and collaborative team environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of experience in transformation within the operations space, preferably within large enterprises or financial institutions.

  • Proven success in implementing process improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma or process reengineering background.

  • Solid experience in the financial services sector, especially in areas such as trading, hedge fund, settlement, and custody.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards applicable to regional financial institutions.
