Description:
You will work closely with the officers managing airport concessions to provide timely updates on sales trends and actionable insights for their follow-up to grow the retail business. You will be part of exciting projects to deepen understanding of our customers and to increase the attractiveness of Changi’s travel retail proposition.
You should possess good analytical and communication skills while being a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You would be required to multi-task and work with tight timelines.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide the team with data deep-dives and sales insights to identify opportunities and solutions to stakeholders to grow the business.
Develop dashboards to analyze and generate sales trends and insights for management reporting.
Undertake market research to deepen understanding of the commercial landscape and translate it into actionable insights.
Work with tools (e.g., PowerQuery, Python, etc.) to innovate and automate current processes.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder – preferably in Business/Data Analytics/Economics.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics and Sales Reporting is preferred. Candidates with no relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
Competence in MS Office software, especially Excel, is required.
Familiar with business intelligence tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) and advantageous to be well versed with programming tools (e.g., Python, SQL, etc.).
Analytical with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communicator who can clearly verbalize, write, and present data across to stakeholders.
Self-motivated and takes initiative with accuracy and attention to detail.
