Job description:
Job Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities for supplies and services related to the commodity, mainly on order fulfilment.
Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure orders are delivered on time, and source for alternative suppliers when required for smooth operations.
Monitor and drive order confirmation via system and follow up with vendors closely to ensure compliance.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal guidelines.
Achieve KPI at Company/team level.
Any other duties or tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent discipline.
Minimum 1-4 years of work experience in Hospitality, F&B, Procurement or similar role.
Possess time, task, and resource management skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
Good analytical, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent proficiency with standard office applications, especially MS Excel.
Eager to learn, resilient and adapt to fast-paced environment.
Ariba knowledge would be an advantage.
