Job Description:

The role of a Growth Opportunities Manager entails identifying and capitalizing on business growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence.

  • Market research, networking, and exploring new partnerships are essential tasks in this position.
  • Commercial terms negotiation, venturing growth opportunities, and initiating value-adding activities are also crucial responsibilities.
  • Identifying strategic suppliers, developing partnerships, performing risk analysis, and seizing innovation opportunities are key areas of focus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this role, we require candidates with a degree preferably in the Engineering field. A minimum of 3 years' experience in the semiconductor or related industry is necessary, with regional exposure being an added advantage.

  • Candidates should be proficient in managing ERP and other relevant systems within the company.
  • Regional training comfort and bilingualism in English and Mandarin are highly valued assets.
