Business Development Leader

The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships, driving business growth through new customer acquisition and project initiation.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with clients across diverse sectors.
  • Business Growth: Secure new customers and initiate projects to drive revenue expansion.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with consultants, architects, and designers to develop comprehensive specifications.
  • Project Assessment: Conduct site assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Sales Quotations: Prepare and submit accurate quotations and tenders in line with client needs and project scope.
  • Project Management: Oversee project management activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Updates: Provide regular project updates to management, ensuring transparency.
  • Maintenance Support: Handle maintenance matters, including troubleshooting during the Defects Liability Period.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Business.
  • A minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales professional in the construction industry.
