Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy service technicians for onsite tyre servicing.
  • Attend customer requests at the workshop.
  • Handle customer inquiries over the phone or in person.
  • Liaise between customers and technicians on job assignments.
  • Assist with inventory replenishment and tool/equipment maintenance.
  • Plan duty rosters for night shifts and standby services.
Requirements:
  • Experience supervising workers in an automotive workshop environment.
  • Experience in manpower deployment is preferred, particularly in driver roles.
