Role Overview

A Service Team Leader plays a pivotal role in managing a team of service technicians. The successful candidate will supervise, motivate and lead the team to achieve exceptional results.

The Service Team Leader will be responsible for deploying service technicians for on-site tyre servicing assignments. Additionally, they will attend to customer requests and jobs at the indoor workshop, ensuring seamless operations and job completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of service technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Deploy service technicians for on-site tyre servicing assignments based on business requirements.
  • Attend to customer requests and jobs at the indoor workshop to provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle walk-in and phone enquiries from customers in a professional manner.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure smooth operations and job completion.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience supervising blue-collar workers in an automotive or workshop environment is essential.
  • Experience in manpower deployment, especially of drivers or mobile service teams, is highly preferred.
