Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview The Business Development Executive plays a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the Business Development Manager in achieving organizational goals. Key Responsibilities A) Opportunity & Market Expansion Identify new business opportunities and support the company's strategic goals. Monitor market trends to ensure the company remains competitive. Assist in the development of business plans and strategies to target specific market segments for business expansion. B) Client & Relationship Management Establish & maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist the Business Development Manager in creating and executing strategies to develop long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships. Coordinate client feedback and align the company's offerings with client expectations. Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in sales or business development roles, preferably in process industrial sectors. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with refineries, shutdown jobs, and process industries. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and negotiate contracts. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners.
