Marketing Support Specialist
The role of Marketing Support Specialist is crucial to the success of our business. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in various aspects of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
  • Assist in packaging checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Screen through PR emails to respond to sponsorships, product feedback, and enquiries.
  • Participate in marketing events to promote our brand and products.
  • Assist in setting up product evaluation processes.
  • Document all marketing activities and results.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Be data savvy and have high-level analytical skills to interpret market trends.
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Be independent, proactive, and able to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
