Job Opportunity: Marketing Support Specialist
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, handle administrative tasks, coordinate events, and support overall marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement marketing activities.
- Support campaign performance tracking and prepare basic reports.
- Help design and update ad-hoc marketing materials.
- Organize and support marketing events, roadshows, and new launches.
- Liaise with suppliers and event coordinators to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide research input to support strategy development.
- Maintain marketing calendar, schedule, and documentation.
- Diploma in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in marketing or admin support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- Basic knowledge of design tools is an advantage (Canva, Adobe).
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
